Quick Question. Do you get any score increase after opting out or your score stays the same...

No, I believe that is pure myth. Opting out isn't scored so I see no reason for a bump in score.

Yes, I have heard that also. I don't see how as those promotional offers are only SP and don' impact your score.

Someone started a post that if you opted out you would gain like 20+ points.

I opted out and didn't get an increase.

Starting Score: 529
Current Score: EQF 643, TU 677 EXP 631,Lender Pulled Aug 2, 2013 EX 665, TU 664 and EQF 643
Goal Score: 701

I don't think there is any truth to opting out and seeing score increases

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

I'm going to plus one this one. I've not seen any correlation between opting out and an increase.
