I Just sign up for today because I am intrested in Rebuilding My credit but When I pull up myFico I seen My Transunion score & the recommendations for my score, but when I apply for a card to help me rebuild they denied me. I dont undertand how can you rebuild when they contanstly deny you.

What is on your credit report?  If you don't know, pull your free credit reports at annualcreditreport.com

Rebuilding is both fixing the baddies and rebuilding with new. Without knowing what your 'baddies' are it is not possible to give helpful information. Also, who did you make application to for new credit? Some of the cc issuers have more strict criteria than others.

I apply for Discover It student card, but they denied me, but they did offer a secured credit card, I was thinking about just doing it to start rebuilding.

Take the secured card offer. Once it shows up on your reports as a new account, go apply for a Capital One Platinum card, if approved immediately apply for the Quicksilver One card.
