Disputed an old payday loan at fall off in 1.5 yrs, they updated as no lates and open ??? Advice please as they had reported numerous 120 day lates on a 6 month term loan

I assume that you were disputing the accuracy of various reported delinquencies, and they updated by deletion of the delinquencies?

What, if any, derogs are continuing to be reported, such as a charge-ff?

If the dispute pertained only to the accuracy of the delinquencies and they deleted the delinquencies, then it appears they fully address any issues of accuracy of the reported delnquencies, as any issue of accuracy would now be moot.

Charge off is still reporting, I have a cancelled check from 2009 showing pay off but the CA shows 40$ left owed . It's not true, but don't know what to do now but wait for it to age off

Was the lack of update of the balance remaining under collection a specific item that was included in your dispute, and if so, how did they address that item?

Did they verify the accuracy of the reported balance, or was it not addresses in the Notice of Results of Reinvestigation?

Not included and not included I think. I don't have a result of reinvestigation, just a new update in my CR. I am so defeated as no late payment since 2009 yet can't get past 630 scores. Multiple +TL and utilization could be better 48%!
