Help!

So I had a USA shopping card years ago in 2006. It was a positive TL so no biggie. Now it's not showing on TU anymore? I called TU up and they said that USA removed it. I called USA and they said they didn't remove it, they just don't report to Credit bureaus anymore. So my question is Am I just Outta luck or is there anything I can do to get this TL back. This was my oldest account.

If they don't report, there is nothing you can do except beg them to put it back as it is affecting your score.

Okay. Thank you. They use to report and they stopped sometime this year
