I sent my letter certified mail to midland. I also sent copies of the FTC order in which all the stipulations were stated. I know I sent my letter to San Diego. Not sure of the street address but I'm sure u can find it on here. If not ill try to find my certified return receipt and post back here later. I had 3 copies of everything in envelopes ready to go dated 1 week from each other so I woulda just kept sending them but the 1st letter worked.
