Do I need to file another complaint with the CFPB against PRA? They are listing the TL as an installment, actively reporting lates as recent as Nov and added dispute comments to my CR 24 after responding to the BBB on11/7.

What was in the BBB response? Is that closed?
I assume this is a valid debt, but the reporting is incorrect?
I see the previous thread with all of the details.
They shouldn't even be updating a closed collection in the first place. The account was settled and they cannot add lates. They can't anyway but certainly not after it is closed.

Sometimes I wonder what these CAs are thinking when they do things like this.
I think in my case it's retaliation. They also have no idea that so many people subscribe to score watch. We are watching their every move...
It's also possible that they are not talking to each other. Esp, PRA which is such a large company. One person is doing one thing...and someone in another dept is doing something else.
Whatever they are doing is done with ill will and arrogance. They think they can get away with this crap.
