Suprise suprise!!!! Anyone miss me? I have been off the boards for a while. I currently have Midland in court for FCRA and FDCPA violations. I have been going to court the past month almost every other week. I get a call from my consumer attorney yesterday that the lawyer representing Midland says there is no violation of the FCRA and FDCPA that Midland did not violated anything.

I started laughng and say so a mysterious CA had re-inserted Midlands TL? Their attorney looks at my credit report showing Midland reinserted their TL on 6/24/13 and she told the Judge it was never reinserted. Clearly the judge looks at her and says you are going to lie to me in my own court room? Long story short, Judge awarded me compensation of $2500.00 and told Midland they can not sell the account to any other CA's. LMAO!!!!
