Hi question about sol for medical

California sol for written agreements is 4 years and 2 years for oral agreements so why on the forums everyone says sol is 7.5 years? I have a medical bill that is over 4 years on my report and close to the 7 year mark. Should it still be on my report or should it have fallen off.

7.5 yrs is the CRTP= Credit Reporting Time Period SOL has to due with individual state laws that a creditor or CA can legal sue you. Once SOL is expired then they can't.
