Hipaa or GW

I have a paid medical collection in which I never had any contact with the CA. Does anyone know if me sending them a GW letter would jeopardize the Hipaa process if they deny the GW request?

I don't know that much about the HIPAA process but I do know that you should refrain from having any contact with the CA. HIPAA only works if you've already paid the OC.
