Holy Cow - 50 point bump on equifax

My CO collection account that was Paid and the lender agreed to PFD, got removed from equifax and I saw a major bump on equifax. 50 points. 612 to 662. I knew that there will be a bump, but never thought it will be 50 points worth. I still have 2 more baddies (one to drop off in May of this year - the other one will be there possibly until next year when I will attempt to PFD).
