Home purchase

Just a question. Can you get a home loan with old collections (un paid or paid) ? I know it would look like a risk obviously with unpaid so maybe I answered my own question.

Depends on your lender, they each have their own requirements.

 

Head over to the mortgage board and there are lots of people there that can give you mortgage specific advice!   :-)
