Honda Financial GW contact

I've seen some others on here have had GW success with them in the past.  Me and my father were recently looking over his credit reports and noticed an apparent 30 day late he had back in March of this year.  We checked his records and confirmed he did in fact miss two consecutive payments (my grandmother passed away after many years of battling Alzhimer's then....). He's had a previous loan with them and no late payments, and this is his only one on the current loan.  Anybody who can IM me any phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses and/or an individuals with whom they've had GW success with in the past at Honda Financial would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks in advance!
