How Should I Handle This?

I was going through some old paper work and found a dunning notice from ER Solutions for BOA checking account.  The notice is from 2010.  It does not show up on any of my CR.  As I recall, this is a valid debt that could not have been achieved without the hard work of my ex spouse.  Anyways, what would you all do about this?  Obviously I would want to take care of it but definitely without it popping up on my CR.  Thank You.

+1

Too late to even get a temp cease collection bar by sending a DV.

Pay for not reporting would be the logical step.

Not without peril, as they might simply report, and use that as extra pressure to get payment without making any concessons, but worth the risk, in my opinion.
