Guinness56, I understand MOV and a FACTA reinvestigation by the OC are seoarate things. My theory is you should try them both, I'm "fishing" for what order, (each follows the original dispute / verification with the CRA).

Since the CRAs report what is given them by the creditors, I would start with the OC dispute.
