How accurate is Trans Union Score?

There's alot of different scores out there from many after market companies. Has anyone experience major score fluxuation from the same CRA and how accurate is Trans Union direct site score compare to.....let say Walmart Trans union score. Even though they are from the same CRA(Trans Union), there's a 35 points difference on mine.

I'm sure if you work at it you can find one TU score that is a few hundred points different from another TU score.

The TU score sold directly from TU is a consumer education score and not used by any lender of any kind.

I'm very surprised actually. I figured they'll be off by a few points but not that many.

Take a look at these sticky threads - they'll help to explain the difference between a FICO and a FAKO score.   You just can't correlate the two.

Right now there are 3 major TU scores....the one you get here is the TU98 which is outdated and some members refer to as a FAKO..The TU08 you get from walmart and the TU04 that most lenders use but you have no way of purchasing this score unless you were to app for a mortgage.

Plus the one you pull directly from TU is a FAKO.  It gets confusing.
