How do Exp. & trans. Scores compare to fico?

My Exp is 631 and trans. 680 is fico normally higher or lower?

Both.   It completely varies by person, there is no way to convert from a FAKO to a FICO.

Ive learned to ignore FAKOs all together. They will end up driving you NUTS! Mine have been either nowhere near....or WAAAAAY OFF...thats how reliable they are-LOL

It really could be either case.  It is close for some people, and for others it is much higher, or lower.
