How do I add a phone number on Transunion?

I just app'd for a new card but they can't process it because I have a freeze on my account. I need to update my phone number but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. LOL. Does anyone know?

For what CRA?  TU you need to mail them the updates.

OP, if you unfreeze and get the card, the phone number will automatically be updated when the new card reports.

See now, Transunion is not showing a freeze, but the analyst I spoke with said there was some kind of identity freeze on my report.
