How do I file a complaint with BBB?

I need to file a complaint on national recovery agency for not sending me a dunning notice on a medical bill from 2006 that was just added to my CR August 2011. I never received a bill, letter from CA nothing. I am also sending the CA a DV. So how do I file a complaint with the BBB? Online, phone? Also where do I send the DV? Just the main address for national recovery agency?

Use Google and put in the city and state where National Recovery is located and type in "Better Business Bureau" as well --- that will give you the particular BBB you need to communicate with.  Go to their website and you will see the option to file a complaint, proceed from there.  The BBB will e-mail you with the results of your complaint -- that make happen quickly or, take about 3-4 weeks. So far, this process has worked very well for me, I pray it will for you too.  Best Wishes!!!
