I have paid judgment from Capital one. I live in the state of Indiana, it's been paid off for almost 2yrs. It's not set to fall off until 2017. I need this deleted off my credit reports. Transunion deleted it when I disputed it but EX &EQ won't delete it. How can I go about getting a letter to show it should be deleted? The courts ? The attorney who represented them?? Cap1???
