How do I get over the hump? HELP !!

I have a 610 EQ FICO and a 608 EX FAKO.

Current auto, Current Mortgage, Current personal loan, Current CC with 1000 CL and 87 Bal.

The problem is:

I have 6 Dept. of Ed. loans that have a 90 past due from Nov. 2011 thru Jan 2012 (I thought they were defered)

A 12 year old Sallie Mae loan with 1 30 day late in 2008.

And 3 mortgage lines for the same house. Chase has me 60 days past due in 10/06, 11/06 and 12/06. They sold to Wells Fargo who shows 90+ past due from 2007-2008. I went through a foreclosure refi and the current loan has been good since 2010 but shows the same lates as the refi loan.

I dont know what to do to raise my score other than being patient.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What is that status of the 6 Dept of Ed loans now?

Re: How do I get over the hump? HELP !!

I have seen a lot of people on here have success with Dept. of edu lates by contacting an ombudsman.

Why did you think they were deferred?  I agree with contacting the ombudsman to see if they can do anything for you for the time you thought you were in deferrment.

For the other lates try a GW letter.

They are like an independent investigator/complaint resolver for students.
