How do I know once PFDs work?

I was just curious what the quickest way is to find out when a collections company (if they do) deletes my record as agreed to in a PFD. Would Score watch alert for something like that? CK? Would I have to pull the actual credit report? I know I could pull the actual CR and check if the entry is still present, I just want to know as soon as it happens if I can. Thanks!

The CR's are the best way. If the deletion would cause your score to rise enough for an alert from SW, that's another way
