Can someone please pm or assist me with getting three paid medical collections off my credit report. One is from 2009 from H&R Accounts. Two are from 2009 from Merchants Credit Guide. All are reporting as closed collection account and paid satisfactorily. No amounts are listed for what was paid or owed. All were paid in 2010, I believe. I tried disputing them awhile back to no avail. Should I try GW letters or Hippa issue? I did verbally contact one of the collection agencies and was told that they do not delete information even after payment. I don't quite understand the Hippa process, so if someone could pm me with the particulars I would appreciate it.
How much might I expect for my score to improve if removal is successful?
