How do I settle with LVNV?

Should I call resurgent? Email?

I need to pay them for a mortgage. I have already done the usual...validation, BBB complaints etc. Unfortunately I have to pay.

So, I'm wondering if I should call them or email them? Anyone have stories from actually settling with these folks?

Please refrain from the "do not pay them" or "have you..." its a small amount, and I just need to settle it.
