How do i remove Premier Bank Card closed collection (Paid in full)

Im haveing trouble removing Premier Bank Card.Ballance paid in full.i have had account 6 years.Help!

Or do i have to set it out?

You need to send a GW letter to the reporting CA or OC asking for removal of the TL.
