How is this an increase of 100%? CL is $500.
Its wrong, any percentage of increase starting at 0 is still 0. It has nothing to do with the CL of the account. If the balance had been 1 and moved to 45 that is a 4500% increase.
I guess it's irrelevant. As long as it has no impact on my uitilization.
It does have an impact on Util - 9%.
