It will depend on who the creditor is, but typically within a few days of the first statement being cut.

In theory it would be a few days after first statement cuts, but it appears Cap1 is doing there news after the 2nd statement. I'm waiting on my 2 new cards to start reporting.

My GE cards (Old Navy & Walmart) reported within 2 days of my being approved, so it varies.
