How long does it take?

Hi all,

I received confirmation last friday about 3 negative tradeline removals.

1) T-Mobile confirmed that they've instructed ERC to remove a collections trade line on 5/9/2014

2) Asset Acceptance confirmed on 5/9/2014 that they will remove my tradeline with them from my credit report

3) Fredericksburg Credit Bureau confirmed on 5/9/2014 that they've "coded" their system to remove the tradeline on 5/21/2014.

Based on this information, when do you think I should see these results on my credit report? Waiting for these to fall off before I apply for pre-approval for a mortgage.

If you ask those who are deleting the baddies they will tell you up to 90 days. I have seen 24 hours for deletions and others that have taken a week or more. None of mine have taken 90 days. I understand your wanting to see this- I have three I am waiting to see (which will leave me with only 1 baddie) and it is killing me.

Thanks! I don't plan on actually applying for pre approval on a mortgage until November, but regardless, I'd like to see these removed ASAP for peace of mind.

November???  We've got some time, let's get those scores over 700 by then!

Heck yes! I'm at like a ~50% utilization rate (6k/13k). This is my main priority and hope to have this paid off no later than August. So between that and the removal of these negative tradelines, I can smell 700+!!
