How long should a Transunion dispute last?

I disputed two items on my TU report in late August. By end of Sept the dispute was 'resolved', with seemingly no change, but the AID / customer disputes info markers are still on the relevant items even into Nov. Is that normal? Does that mean something wasn't resolved yet?

The dispute was legally terminated by receipt of the Notice of Results of Reinvestigation.

If the CRA did not remove the pending dispute status as of that date, then first give them an informal call and request update.

If that does not get them to update, I would file a formal complaint with the CFPB.

I would not file a dispute with the CRA, as that will result in the catch-22 of entry of a real dispute to conest the lack of a pending dispute.........
