How much of I hit Will Score Take if:

I have one medical baddie left on my Credit Report. across all three bureaus.

I have called the OC and CA and neither is willing to pull back or delete if PIF.

If I pay anyways and shows to 0.

What kind of score hit wil l likely get?

I wanted to wait till after Mortgage, but want to see what option will be better.

I am across 700 on all three according to myfico at the moment.

It depends on when it was last updated.

It has not updated since Dec 2010' debt is past SOL in TX  based on DOFD

Will your lender let it remain unpaid? if so, I would just leave it alone.
