If you could give me some advise. CASCADE CAPITOL purchased my debt from Santander for a car repo and referred it to this collection agency (Stoneleigh Recovery Associates ),the amount owed is 7700.00 . I am still within the SOL for another 2 years. and just got my second collection letter last week. How much should I offer Cascade Capitol to settle the account and if they decline what should I do after that? I want to get it paid off but I can't even afford 1/4 of what I owe. I appreciate any help I can get.
