I had some collections removed and am weeks away from trying for a mortgage. What are the chances these will reappear just as I prepare to close on a house?

Is this a paid collection and how were they removed....old outdated....disputed....etc etc?

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Three were paid but one I did not recognize. All were deleted for failure to verify.

I wouldn't worry about it

If the CB's couldn't veify then chances are low

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
