How often does GECRB/WalMart pull a new report for CLI's?

Had my GECRB/WM card for about 6 months.  Every month I hit the luv button, every month I'm declined.  It is useful however to get a free TU score without a HP.

The last several iterations show a score and date of 6/13/13 (todays denial letter).  How often do they pull a new report?  If you call and request an update and CLI, do they do a HP?

The irony is my WM TU on the website is arcing upwards and is about 30 points higher right now.

There have been a substantial number of changes and I'd like to have them considered, but not for a HP.

Just wondering if anyone had any insight.

You can call Credit Solutions and ask them to pull a current cr. if its for WalMart, it will be a SP.
