How often should I send a GW letter?

Trying to GW a recent 60 late.  How often should I try?  I have been in touch with a customer service rep and manager via email and has been shut down both times.  They already seem aggravated, so I don't want to ruin my chances of ever getting a GW.

IMHO once a month and climb the corp ladder on each attempt 

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
