How often should I send a GW?

Im reaching for a mortgage in January but have old 60 and 90 day lates on 4 different accounts.

First batch of GW's went out this past week to the CEO's of GE, Cap 1 and a credit Union.

How often should I send out GW letters to these places should they not comply initially?

Once a month. Try different approach. Send a letter and if you won't hear back try to call and ask if it won't work change letter a little bit and send email. Don't be stuck with one thing hitting wall every time.

I'm in a situation where I have a couple of chase card accounts that are PIF and are closed but have a few 30 and 60 day lates reporting. I've set a GW leeting in writing and an email to the executive office. If those do not work, what would be a next step?

Keep sending until you will get what you want.

OK. I've also heard that if you pester them enough they will remove just so they don't hear from you again
