I recently got WFNNB agree to delete an old charge off from all three Credit Reports - I'm so psyched! The rep said the deletion should show up on my reports in 30-45 days. Anyway, I know lots of people on this board ask for an address for GW's, so I figured I'd pass along the way I got mine. WFNNB is currently owned by Alliance Data (
www.alliancedata.com). I used their "contact us" form saying I had a question about an old Victoria Secret account. A few days later, I got an emailed reply from a customer relations specialist. I explained my situation, and asked if there was anyway they would consider deleting the TL...she said they would! I hope this info will help those of you who need it!
