Re: How to argue SOL to credit reporting agency?

I now have a ll three credit reports in hand.  It only appears on Trans Union.

Now that I posted above exactly how it is on my CR, how should I proceed?

Thanks!

My opinion is that it is reporting incorrectly.  It just doesn't add up.  I would definitely dispute to TU as I do not see any means this can be on your CR.

Starting Score: 504
July 2013 score:
EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013
Goal Score: All Scores 760+, Newest goal 800+
Take the myFICO Fitness Challenge

Current scores after adding $81K in CLs and 2 new cars since July 2013
EQ:809 TU 777 EX 790 Now it's just garden time!

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.

+1 - I would dispute as well.  I would also send Verizon a DV letter asking for proof of the debt be sent to you.  As for only reporting on one report, that is not all that uncommon.  Some companies only report to one or two of the agencies as opposed to all three.

Keep us posted.
