Now if only there would be a law for the 7 years period for a collection to stay on someone's report.
NY also limits the reporting period of satisfied CA and paid judgments to five years. Many CA's mislead NY residents by stating it is six years and that's the law, so people pay and re-age debts that have expired. OH is crazy at 15 years, that's pratically a lifetime lol
