How to contact?

hi all,

I have an old citibank cc that has been charged off. The date of first delinquency is 2012 and it is due to fall off in 2018. The amount is for $349 and i would like to contact them about a pfd, but i dont want to do anything that may backfire and hurt me instead of help me. How should i go about doing this correctly? Thank you

I would mail a PFD offer to the office of the CEO. Getting one from an OC is tough so if they wont do it and its updating monthly then I would settle to stop the updating then your Fico can begin to recover. Also if its inside the SOL you dont contact them unless you can settle in full.
