How to deal with Experian?

I'm trying have a collection account removed from my report. I've contacted the CA for validationand they sent me a letter saying they were misinformed and it was "removed from collections"; this was on 3/22/13.

I contacted the Credit Bureaus and disputed this and Experian replied the account was verified and remains; dated 4/23/13. I don't think I should have to send another certified letter to Experian with my letter from the CA. How did this come back confirmed?

I'm tired of sending certified letters. What do I new to do to have this removed? Contact CA again? Sue both?

Fax the letter to: 972-390-4852 (I hope its ok to put thier fax number here)

Include:

your name

date of birth

address

last 4 of your social

experian report number (just use your most recent one)

to the attention of: Dispute Department

Give it about 5 days, then call them if you have not heard from them.
