Thanks! I just wasn't sure if sending a DV would do anything to stop them from serving me with papers. They claim to have sent me a letter over 30 days ago, but I never received it, so I wasn't sure if it was worth it. How can they give me part of a docket number if I haven't been served and there's nothing in the online court system?
