How to delete DEROGATORY??

Long story short my car was financed from space coast credit union and it was a total loss. GAP paid for all the balance but 95$ remained in my account. My father co signed me and I assume he ignored all the calls. Now its a derogatory on my account and its killing my score. I already tried GW,PFD they denied both. I tried complaning to the BBB and disputed it and they sent me a letter stating that they called me, again my father not me, and since there was no response they did what they had to do..

Now whats the next step? Should I try another GW,PFD but directly to the CEO??

Disputes and complaints are usually not advised when there is no inaccurate reporting and good-will/PFD is the proper course.

You may have created a confrontattional atmosphere that is not conducive to grant of good-will.

However, with that water now being over the bridge, I would go the exec office route, as you most likely need an exception from higher management.
