How to go abour this baddie . Chrysler financial sucks . PLease help

I had a car( junk ) with them  and it got totaled . My insurance paid it all because i had Gap . Chrysler still going after for late fees they say I owe them , and for a service plan I never knew I had and didnt use.. Anyhow I am done with them and just want this gone . What to do . The account looks like this .

Do you still have the paperwork from when you bought the car?

Have them send you a copy of the service plan that you signed.
