Not to be rude but since I explained in my post that it was on my Transunion report and that I've had four collections removed already that this would be pretty obvious, since it isn't,

I would like to get them removed from my reports since they shouldn't be there to begin with. Since I'm unable to contact the original creditor I dont know how to proceed.

Oh, I see you meant they aren't updating every month.

(Mod Cut-Im sorry the HIPAA Process cannot be explained in any detail in any forum of myFico, we are limited to suggesting that someone Google it and contact its creator for help. Thanks for your understanding on this)

I did that, but he doesn't seem to understand why he should do it Smiley Sad

RobertEG, what proof would be sufficient for the OP to obtain? Something from the BBB or State showing it's no longer in business?

That would, in my opinion, be reasonable supporting basis.

Send the best proof, and let the CRA state what they might need........

Re: How to handle 2 medical collections.

Thanks for the information Robert, I guess I will just have to gather proof that they are no longer in business and send that in with my dispute.
