Personally, I would mail in the BK documents to the CRAs vs doing it online.

Even if you do find inaccuracies, they are only required to updaate correctly and not delete.

I would try to get every thing IIB with a 0 balance.

I did what was suggested, Experian updated my file to read as discharged instead of just filed bk and all the individual trade lines that still showed co and balances now say included in bk with 0 balance but my score plummeted from 665 to 586 with these changes instead of going up. What happened and what can I do? This is devastating.

The only thing that comes to mind is that FICO rebucketted you as they saw your BK showing Filed this whole time and now it should discharged. I could be wrong. I would call myFICO and see what they say.
