All I did was call the number on the back of my card. I asked a customer service representative to remove the baddies. She then transferred me over to an "Account Service Manager" ( I didn't get her name.) I asked her to remove the baddies pointing out that my account has been in excellent standing ever since, as I try to pay off my balance every month.
After putting me on hold for about 10 minutes, she came back and told me that she "went ahead and removed them herself".
I was so greatful. No if they can give me a CLI ...
