Huge Jump in Score

Hi All,

Recently received an 81 pt jump on my Experian from 668 to 749.  TU is at 679 and EQ is at 689.  My question is, why the huge jump?

I have my UTI at 41%, down from most recent of 65%

I have two collections, both medical.  One is due to fall off Jan 2015 ($180) and one is due to fall off March 2019 ($130).  I attempted a PFD and offered to pay in full, no response yet.

I also have two Bank of America CO's, both scheduled to fall off April 2015.  They are just sitting there and I have not attempted any action on these.

I am assuming the huge jump is Bank of America did something.  If it was BofA, is this possibly something I can expect to happen with TU and EQ?

Appreciate any thoughts and opinions.

Re: Huge Jump in Score

You said that your utilization went from 65% to 41%.

Were you maxed out on any individual accounts?

Utilization scoring considers both overall utilization and the utilization of individual accounts, and maxing individual cards is hard on your score.
