Huge jump in score

I just received an alert and my score went from 611 to 670 this month. Is that even possible? Is this service the real Equifax score or a simulation?

I have a company working on my credit but I have no clue what movement took place tis last month that the increase was so huge. I will be able to see the changes until the 29th. I'm just wondering if this is the real Equifax score or a simulation version.

If you got it from myFICO, yes, it is a real EQ FICO score.
