They're trying to collect on a debt from 2004 and aren't on my credit report. Informed them that I spoke with IL states attorney office and was informed they aren't licensed to collect in IL.........CLICK..... All I got was dial tone 
ive been getting the same thing. from a JDB. who say even though its not on my credit report i should do the moral thing and pay it. after almost 10 years i tried not to laugh in his face.
