I want to thank every member of my fico team for thier help. I got the email address for Sears / citibank Ceo and i emailed him on saturday. Monday morning got a call from a nice lady saying the Ceo had read my mail and forwarded it to her.She said since the account was fully paid and had 2 lates, they will remove it. I got a letter from her today and she said to wait 30- 45 days and it will be deleted. Thank you so much to everyone.

Congrats on your request being granted! I'm trying to get a secondary acct. (where I'm not the primary on) with a high balance and several lates removed from my report. I'm also going to try to have two lates removed from my closed acct. Would you be so kind as to PM me the email address as well. Appreciate it.
