Gone done 1x90 day late 2011 !!! They did have a heart and GW corrected this.
Other 3 dates, 1x90 5 years old and 2x30 2 years/6.5 years old should also be removed! These were still being discussed. While try we're being considered my pre-established payments had ended and I tried once again on 15th to setup auto-draft.
CSR tells me I have no payments left on previously scheduled plan and I need to pay on site as auto-draft will not kick in till October. I stress about 30 times I want both accounts setup as this was what created the lates to begin with. He promises it is and I pay the September payment.
Well it happened a third time. This time I was paying attention to my bills (thanks myfico) ad caught it. The idiot CSR only setup autopay on one account. And the previous autopay went through so I doubled paid my account. If I hadn't been paying attention I would had paid one account and not the other.
I was livid and called the advocate office about this happening again and told them to pull the audio and listen to the numerous times I stressed that I wanted both accounts paid.
This recent occurrence is exactly what happened the last two times and it gives creditably to my original position. In light of this she said they would fully investigate and as it supports my original position they will determine whether the other lates should also be removed!
I thank them for the GW adjustment and feel vendicated that the recent occurrence clearly shows that my original position was correct. I hope they will remove the other but I'm good without them being removed.
I'll get a huge jump just from the 90 day removal and one 30 day falls off in jan 2013. That would leave 1x30 2 or so years ago and 1x90 from more than 5 years ago. They should all be removed but definite huge step forward !
